Refund Policy
ISOA must receive all cancellation requests in writing by March 11, 2024. Email all cancellation requests to support@stability-operations.org. All refunds will be processed 3-6 weeks after the event and a $250 processing charge will be assessed. Substitutions are always accepted but requests must be made in writing. No refunds are available after March 11, 2024.
Attendee lists
Attendee lists before the conference are an exclusive benefit of sponsorship and are available before the conference to sponsors only. The lists are available to all attendees after the conference is completed. ISOA does not distribute attendee lists or attendee information without authorization and does not offer list rental services. Like many organizations that host conferences, ISOA is targeted by unethical businesses to contact our attendees and exhibitors about list rentals and other sales offers. We do not authorize this practice.

BUSINESS MATCHMAKING
Back by popular demand, we will once again hold a Business Matchmaking Forum designed for your company to interact face-to-face with other companies, developing new leads and possibilities to grow your business. In this era of electronic communications, discussing business across a table with a potential business partner is still a much-desired activity.
ISOA’s Business Matchmaking Sessions are similar to “speed dating” and work like this: Matchmaking hosts sit at small tables with four chairs each. Companies who would like to meet with matchmaking hosts rotate around the room to sit across the table with desired hosts. Each session will last 8-10 minutes. A bell is rung to signal the end of the session. All companies should have an opportunity to meet with their desired hosts. The short matchmaking meetings should be followed up with longer discussions at our networking sessions and beyond.
